In contrast, my upcoming memoir, I Want to Heal But I Don’t Trust Myself, is a brutal, honest reckoning with trauma, control, and self-reclamation. It speaks to women who’ve felt silenced, shrunken, or stuck in survival—and dares them to live unfiltered.
